Technical Support

Integration Appliance is committed to making its customers successful by working diligently to answer questions, troubleshoot problems and anticipate and address issues before they impact customer environments. Our in-house support staff provides direct technical support through phone and email. Help desk response is presently available during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. Training and installation support is also available.

Resource Center

An online Resource Center also provides a continuously growing collection of training and solution development resources including:

  • Product documentation
  • Rule-building tutorials and other training materials
  • A knowledge base offering articles covering frequently encountered questions and problems (including data source-specific issues)
  • A library of pre-built integration templates
