Software Engineer (Front-End)

We are looking for developers interested in building the next generation of our data integration technology. Our integration platform combines a high-level graphical drag-and-drop user interface, a backend Java RMI service, and a high-performance runtime environment.

The client application development team builds the user interface software used to design and build integrations managed by the platform backend. We are looking for individuals who care about user experience, relish hard technical problems and insist on excellence. This position entails high levels of responsibility and creativity. Developers at IntApp have the opportunity to propose new features and are expected to see assigned projects through the entire lifecycle of product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement new features, enhancements, and bug fixes for our flagship Java Swing application
• Help shape the product architecture and road map for our integration platform
• Participate in all phases of development, from design to implementation, unit testing, and release
• Weigh functional and usability trade-offs when defining implementation details

Qualifications

• B.S. and/or M.S. degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Solid programming background in Java or another object-oriented programming language
• Strong interest in UI design
• Java Swing and RMI experience is preferred but not required
• Desire to grow personally and professionally
